When it comes to hospitality, Sarah Ellenbolt is a champion. Backlot Pizza + Kitchen prioritizes serving delicious apps, meals, and beverages to customers. More importantly, however, the Omaha native works daily to ensure all patrons have an amazing time when they drink, dine, and hang out at the establishment. 

As the Director of Hospitality, Sarah hires, trains, and coaches employees to offer the ultimate experience to anyone who enters. She steers the ship to help guide the fun, congenial personality of all ACX brands. ACX boasts a genuine, friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and accepted. 

Sarah has years of experience in the hospitality world, beginning when she was a teenage busser. She also worked in the hospitality department at a golf club, where she learned the ropes of conviviality. In her spare time, Sarah loves to cook and hike with her family. Her all-time favorite meal is prime rib with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
